Got it! Traffic was brutal so it ended up being three hours each way. We'll start looking at it tomorrow. I took a cursory glance but couldn't see any part numbers on the heads or carb. I'm curious if the heads are 72cc or 87cc. The paint on the block is obscuring the casting numbers, so I'll have to do some scrapen'n. We got pretty much everything to fire it up, but I'll probably replace the sundry items like plug wires, etc. Not sure if I'll use that carb. And I'll probably spring for a nice new distributor.
That's great news about those Ram Air exhaust manifolds. Thanks for that. Funny, I was on their website but didn't see them. But that's what makes this forum so great. Lead times aside, I'm happy that they're available.

Do you know if the present distributor has been modified / recurved?
