I have a crimper similar to what 68 GTO posted.

I'm trying to remember the brand I have, either MSD or one of the other names. It's a ratcheting style and you can replace the jaws to crimp different size plug wires as well as other types of wiring that requires special crimps. It will also cut the wires and also strip them perfectly.

I paid like $50 for it probably 25-30 years ago. One of the best tools in the box.


They also sell small fixtures to crimp plug wires that go in your vice. Need to have the plug wire off the car though to use those.
