It appears to be about 24" from center of battery terminal to end of lug. I do have it pointed to the fender like the manual shows. Maybe the angle of the camera and the fact I have a tender hooked up to it and it is blocking the battery end of the cable.
The only plastic loop on the fender, has the wiring harness, washer fluid hose and I think the evap hose.
