I called the plant manager at Johnson Lifter Joe Lewis and asked him this question and for a street rod he recommended the 2112OPR and below is what he recommended.
He said that all the Johnson Pontiac hyd rollers are slow bleed
For a street rod he recommends using is their 2112OPR
TRAVEL = .092
Recommend preload = .035 +.010/.000
Valve Spring Pressure on seat min. 150 max 185
Over the nose min 350 max 530
