OK, after doing some more research, looks like the motor I posted was an evaporator fan motor. But what I need is the condenser fan motor.
Looks like it now comes as a complete assembly, with the motor, fan, & bracket.
Even found a YouTube video of a guy doing the swap.

This fan kit looks to be quite common & is listed on lots of sites, including Wal Mart. Shipped price looks to be from around $65, & up. The motor in the WM pic shows to be a Panasonic brand.
