The link you posted is for a 1971 style and newer master cylinder and booster setup.
Pontiac changed from the 3 valve set up in 1970 to a 1 valve setup in 1971 . Simpler and easier and probably cheaper as well.
If you are not super anal about originality, that 1971 set would be a lot closer to a factory set up than what you have right now.
You can also get any new brake lines you need from that same supplier to make your installation go smoother.
I don’t see any reason you would have to keep that other valve you posted a picture of. The 1971 setup should work well for you.
BTW, are you disc brakes on the front and drums on the rear?
