The problem on that street is, after about 60-100 ft there is no rubber down, and that's where the street equalizes the cars.

Agree, just as any motorsport, the track surface only is able to hold so much power and after you exceed that, if your making 3000 or 5000 HP, it's all in how close can you stay on the edge without going over the edge.

Street racing is akin to tractor pulling, you can have 10,000 HP but if you can't get it to the track, you lose.

I could care less what heads Chief runs, it's a competitive Pontiac, that should be good enuff.
