2" plumbing is not going to make it. Stepped Headers will fix the issue.
2-1/8" right off of the heads, then 2-1/4" for 12", then 2-3/8" for the rest of the length to the collectors.
Plumb the pipes so that the Passenger side pipes discharge into the collector in a clockwise direction as each cylinder fires.
Plumb the pipes so that the Driver's side pipes discharge into the collector in a COUNTER-clockwise direction as each cylinder fires.
Install Merge Cones in the space between the tubes where they meet in the center. 4" long
That system was good enough for a 1350 HP 347 CID Engine at 9000 rpm engine in the late 90s and was worth 3 tenths on the Centrifugal Supercharged Engine/vehicle.
