There was a thread on here about lifting the car using an engine hoist and a wood beam but I can't find it.
I think they pulled the oblong plugs out of the rear floorboard and ran a chain through them and a wood brace. Then they lifted the whole body.
I used an engine hoist and strap to lift the rear up and slid a heavy duty saw horse under it. Then I lifted the front the same way and slid another saw horse under it. I made the saw horses and reinforced them so they wouldn't break.
