Not second guessing your machinist, but it would seem that would be the first order of business to check for run out before any other machine work was performed?

Jeff or Scott are good to deal with at Ohio. It's best to buy directly from them, have them do the machine work and catch any glitches. They can do just about any procedure to a crank, (or have specialty work done for you).
