with everything hooked up, when i turn the key on it doesn't move at all, i know the gauge works, ill check the fuse. i hooked the factory gauge up to see if it was still good an when i moved the needle it went back down past E, i moved it alittle past that an it went back up, still wasnt reading anything, i have gas in the tank to
