I know of a 73 Formula Y code 455 with ram air that was sold in western NC earlier this year. The car was numbers match but was apart and needed quite a bit of work, but at least the ram air cleaner was very nice.
The exterior was red. It had a black dash pad, and I believe I was told the seats were white.
