Are you asking about the small logos that appear above the stars, like in this picture?
The blue push pin means that thread has been stuck to the top of that Forums (Sticky).
The paperclip means that there are pictures attached to one or more posts in that thread.
The blue box with the white checkmark means that you are subscribed to that thread.
Or are you asking about different symbols?
