I'm holding them up by the cord in all of my pictures.
They would be easy to hang from the ceiling. You can put some small holes through the black plastic strip with the LEDs and put some string, cable or rings through it.
Or you could use some adhesive on the black LED strip to mount it to some kind of wall mount or a base so you can sit it on a desk or shelf.
