67, Beautiful house. I am jealous of all that fine old craftsmanship!! I was bird-dogging a "car house" in a neighborhood I wanted to move into for 6 years.....it got bought out from under me in 2006. In 2012, I was not ready to buy anything, but the same house came up for sale again in a short sale. I had only one chance, took it, and got the place for less than half of what it was priced at in '06. I had to scramble, but it was totally worth it. Now all the cars are inside, and I have my lift. I say follow your gut and GO FOR IT. The time to buy is now....property won't be getting any cheaper.
