I might quibble with the 90 percent done part. I guess it depends on your definition of "100% done"...
Regardless, I think most folks won't find that an appealing prospect unless you offer it at a steal of a price.
It looks promising, and you'll have something special when it's done, though. Just knuckle down, write out your list of mini-projects, and start knocking them off. (says the guy who hasn't worked on his birds in years.... but isn't selling them, either
