The one place had instructions with the rivets but did not list them as being correct for 69 gto(although I think they probably are). His ebay store is called mikes chevy parts. The other pair I bought were listed for our car and his ebay seller name is gm_restoration_parts.
I doubt it takes anything special to install them. Looking at the rivets and the way they are made, I am guessing you put a punch in the center of them and strike it with a hammer to mushroom them on the back side? But waiting for the instructions to see for sure.
