1. Are the valve cover and oil pan bolts supposed to be painted engine color or zinc finish? Engine color.
2. Is the lower crankshaft pulley satin black or engine color? Engine color.
3. Are the oil breathers chrome or black? Black (although I think there's some controversy here...I've seen them engine color as well.)
4. Is the water pump pulley black or type of cadium plated or natural finish? Black. The spacer for the fan is raw aluminum.
5. Is the oil pump housing natural alm. or painted engine color? Not sure what you mean here, since the oil pump is internal to the engine. If you mean the oil filter adapter on the rear passenger side of the block, it should be engine color.
