Well, I must have been lucky as my original fittings off my T400 do not look like those at all - I do not know what the T400 came out of as the trans shop provided the case. They were short with pipe threads on the case side with no copper washers. However, if you have those long fittings, use them and get an AN adapter fitting such as Earl's 991946ERL which is a -6 AN to 1/2 - 20 Fuel Pump fitting. It has the inverted flare.
