I am going to replace the decaying exhaust system on my '69 GTO.

As I live in the UK, buying a set of Doug's & some Pypes is not a very economical option; when you add on shipping & import duty, for about the same price I could get a hand-made mandrel-bent stainless system.

The system on my car now is rubbish, with nothing like stock routing, and it is all mounted incorrectly. I would like the new system to mount like-stock, where possible & follow a stock path, especially over the axle.

Do any of you know of any published drawings showing the stock exhaust routing? There are a couple of pages in the '69 workshop manual, but they don't show any real detail.

I am sure the exhaust shop I am planning on using could do a very good job, just by eye, but it would be nice to have some drawings to work with as a starting point.
