I do want to take it to the track occasionally but mostly will be cruised around local.

The engine is actually in a car I plan to buy. Its a special car IMO not the type of car you see for sale...

Im not sure if the pistons used are still available today? The engine was supposedly built in the mid or late 90s. It sat for years with the blower on it as a conversation piece in the guys office...

Would this be on the paperwork? unfortunately there isn't any. The engine was actually built some time ago and wasn't ever fired up and ran till years later which was just recently in the past few...

That seems easiest and cheapest route to take but to get the most potential out of the combo on 91 octane I'd need to get up around 10.0:1 I suppose?

I was wondering if it would be as easy as swapping in new pistons to raise the compression on a 455 pontiac engine that was originally built to run a blower setup. I'd like to run it naturally...

I have had pretty good luck selling on craigs...

I have had pretty good luck selling on craigs list. I always set my price as firm non negotiable. A few people have still tried to haggle but for the most part it has worked well for me.
