Greg, I have no idea. I can't see the needle even using a flashlight and trying to look at an angle. It is totally pegged in one direction.

Thanks for the info. The broken horn has a "C" stamped on the side that says Delco Remy and "N2" on the other side. Maybe it is safe to assume it is a C note, but then is that the low or the high?
