There's a simpler way. Remove the black plastic...

There's a simpler way. Remove the black plastic vent from the quarter panel door jamb post. That'll give you plenty of clearance to see and access the rear flare inside hardware.

Needed Outer Door Glass Sweeps 1970-'72

Need NOS outer door sweeps (weatherstrip) #8808252 & 8808253 which is the correct early '70's narrower design. These are the non-decor moldings with the small round stainless bead.
