Cam question. Crane h-296 ?

I just found one of these cams locally. I have two 400s and a 455 what would be best for this cam ci wise ? The heads are either 13s or 96s. At this point it's all been tracing as I still don't know...

Why not use a set of Rhoads lifters ? It will keep things mild until you stomp on it, then they bring the cam to its potential.
