for sure 64 block,has provision for block mounted starter.JMHO,worth the same as any std bore 3 1/4 main 4 bolt block UNLESS you need a SR or numbers matching code or vin to a car you might own.Nice...

I would guess Summits lawyers are in control of what is being done there now with SM products.Been through stuff like this and they deal with the insurance companies.Tom
