Any overlap of the cam makes the vacuum bounce a little, but the power brakes will work fine.

I cleaned mine up really good, but it's discolored in places.

I second this one. If you can get away with just general repairs to keep it on the road, I would go that route. Yeah, it's showing it's age, but just the same it's all things that can be dealt...
