NOS Heater Control assembly for Trans Am. GM part # 9346502 for an AC car. I believe it is correct for 1970 thru 1981 T/A`s with air conditioning. Check your application.

NOS/NEW in open GM box....

Think you would be lucky to get anything over 2500.- for good core. Prices/economy way down but still good $$$ for a used/rebuildable old engine! Maybe you could part out for more but ebay is winding...

Thanks all for help and went for Racy look with skinny 26" fronts and 15x8 rears, 4.5" back space with 275/60/15 (28" Dia) all on Weld Prostars. Should just make it and can always put Honeycombs back...

Since your unsure just buy a rebuilt distributor and drop in if you don`t want to spend the $ on a good one. You can ohm out parts forever and get wrong results-good coil shows bad/bad one shows good...

Not worth the trouble to switch. More for if you hav had a problem with Distibutor gear change or oil restriction change-nvr had this problem, and no reason not to use, but not to switch.

This is all basic stuff-A pressure (radiator) test may yield results. If bad Head/Gaskets you would find 1or2 plugs CLEAN. A "leak down" test may be needed, but a pressure test should reveal problem....
