Thanks, that is correct. Needed my cup of coffee. IRC…It takes the lighter spring to cure surging on the qjet and AFB, and a lower number on a holley.

If you need fuel sooner you´ll need stronger springs for Q-jets and Carter AFB´s.
Holley PV´s with higher numbers has stronger springs than lower #´s. for faster fuel delivery.

Dan checked remeasured the lobes...it is indeed the Warrior 968 RAIV replacement cam as the picture that Mike just posted. Measured at .050" 231/239/113.5 with the correct foot on the micrometer...

Everything from SM is cheap entry level copies. Metallurgy and quality varies. Go on E bay and buy a 40 year old HSD intake, it will be better than anything SM offers.
