I used a Wilwood 1" master on my brother's LeMans with manual D52 fronts and drum rear and the brakes are excellent. I like the feel of manual brakes.

No. You just need the lobe numbers and the LSA you choose. All the lobes are published by CC so nothing is proprietary. OF 2.0 has lobes 3196/3123 which have a little more duration and lobe lift...

If you get a chromoly 3" shaft with a forged rear yoke and a chromoly front slip yoke it will be overkill for your car and you'll never have to worry about it.

You should install it and pull out the pinion...

You should install it and pull out the pinion gear to check the pinion gear to flywheel tooth clearance. Shim as necessary to get about 0.040-0.060" clearance.
