Agree Stan, and the plates being sold are made from aluminum and are typically 1/2"
thick.

That is why I posted the info on how we made our plates from steel and for AFB carbs.

Personally instead of going to the factory 11" cast iron flywheel, I would stay with the 10.5" RAM clutch parts
and put those...

OR you can go to a guy like Shaker455 who I have sometimes helped with carbs (He does all of them).
