dumb question harmonic balancer

I am changing the timing chain on a 350 pontiac motor. Is the harmonic balancer bolt reversed thead?

89 Grand Prix won't start

Help!! I am having probelms get my 89 Pontiac Grand Prix SE to start. The car cranks over but is not getting any spark. I checked the fuel pressure and it is fine. The car was doing the same thing...
