Unless they jetted the crap out of it. I am concerned because the secondary sits open like that at idle??? Doesn't seem to be a way to adjust it tighter.

Ever see something like this? Looks like someone converted this one to mechanical secondaries. I've never had it apart so I have no idea what jets or power valve it would have. The primary butterfly...
