I'm going to pull the timing cover and go from there. I plan on selling this car eventually and even though it's tempting to just fill it with race gas and sell it; I want this to be a good runner...

FWIW, with an 8 bolt water pump and a 70s smog era tiny dampener, TDC is about 4 degrees advanced. I did the piston stop check to verify TDC.
