Correct black paint gloss question 20% or 60%?

Can someone please tell me if the radiator support, inner fenders and back side of the fenders on a '69 should be 20% gloss or 60% gloss? I'm reading in different places that GM A-bodies had 20%...

Who's selling the best, most original looking reproduction trim rings for the '69 Rally II 14x6 wheels? I think they are supposed to have a brushed finish, not polished. Also, I'm seeing different...

I have an original decal on my '69 and it measures exactly 2 1/2" from the edge of the sticker to the edge of the hole for the PCV...hope that helps.
