That makes more sense.
I have checked all the wiring...no shorts, and good continuinty...so I guess it the actual gauge as the circuit board and the sender have been replaced.
All I can find is...

I have been working on troubleshooting my oil pressure gauge, and came across a ground issue that contradicts everything I have read.
It has always been said that you must have that metal bar...
