Pull the radio out and look at the harness. The wire for the steering wheel controls is light green I believe. Make sure with the wire is plugged in. Don't confuse it with the green speaker wires....

Is there a trick to this? Or do you just have to beat it with a hammer? Mine seems to be tight.
