Blowing oil in to air cleaner, from valve cover breather… that’s usually blow by. did you replace the PVC valve at anytime. I don’t know I’m lost on what else to tell you. Good luck.

If you can, take those cylinders that were getting oil in them, pope valve springs off and see, if those O’ring seals are still good, or if the moved up the valves.

Ok, O’rings not a good idea, I would definitely have new teflon valve seals installed. And check valve guides for where. I’m guessing this (could) be the issue

I’d have to see what the cylinder walls look like. I’m thinking if the compression good say 150 in each cylinder, figure out why its sucking oil down the intake, when you say intake you meaning...

Let me ask you, was the block bored the first time, or did you just use standard pistons that cam in motor originally and just hone it and put in new file fitted rings in.

Ok, now I get it. Sounds like rings got washed...

Ok, now I get it. Sounds like rings got washed out. I think that will clean up with a good hone job, specially seeing that the compression still up there and good.
