7k does sound high for Maaco. I have Five layers of PPG vibrance system, which is way more $$$ than the PPG Deltron Maaco uses and mine cost about 8k . I would have expected more around 3500-4500...

Sometimes taking a good magnet and sliding it along the outside of the pan toward the drain will work. Of course you have to drain it first, Old speaker magnet works good. Had to do it a few times...
