The endura bumper on the 68-69 model years do not mount to the fenders at all, I don't even know if I would want to with the frame and suspension twist of Pennsylvania driving.

Well I did receive a new balancer from Professional Products, it arrived Friday. They did hold to their word on the replacement, just not sure how I like them not letting us know the issue at hand...
