No brackets. It bolts to the bottom of the bumper, then the signal lights are installed. There’s a filler piece that goes between your radiator support and the valance. I don’t think I have ever seen...

Tamco basecoat and clear

I repaired the quarters panel problem areas on my Lemans. Tamco 661 epoxy primer, 5310 high build, Atoll blue base, 4100 clear. All Tamco. Very happy with the results.
