Is it unreasonable to hope for 1.5 60ft times in the car listed below with a Jim Hand type engine/torque converter? Mid elevens in a STREET Pontiac would be AWESOME!!!:D!

How much power has been made with RAIV or comparable cams using pump gas? Shouldn't a decently set up 3,600lb car be able to run 11's?:)
