Thanks all! So I guess the rim size being 1" taller is not really the issue? Rather it's the width of the tire that causes the rubbing.

I've already compensated for the tire width on my 14x7's...

Question Will 245mm tire fit on a 14x6 Rally II wheel?

I have 245/60R14 BFG's on my 14x7 Centerline wheels that barley clearance left-to-right and want to swap over to Rally II wheels for a more traditional look.

I'd like to get original Rally IIs...
