I suspect the rearend gears have been changed.
It launches pretty well,and when I checked the speedometer with my GPS the speedometer was reading 8 MPH low.

Opinions on carb

I'm thinking my 64 GTO with stock 389 ,and Carter 4 bbl could use a little more air.
Where would be a good place to start.
It is a two speed automatic with PS,PB, and A/C.
