Yes those are the early GT-37 stripes, the were optional on T-37's and GTO, Ive never seen a set on a Lemans but who knows. These are still not being reproduced, its been talked about many times here...

The ground should come from the wiper switch not the light switch the reason is the way it is screwed to the frame work of the dash, the head light switch doesnt make enough surface contact...
