I would try mixing the 118 with premium pump gas maybe half and half.
my 462 @11:5:1 made 13 HP from 110 to 91-93 pump gas I was flabergasted.
Went from 625 to almost 640 should be very noticeable...

It could be you didn't prime it long enought and the paper or filiment
wasn't complitily soak and after every thing settled the filter wasn't quit
full yet, so I think your good with no problems....

I've been using solid mounts for well over 20-years and no problems.
640HP+ 275 shot. 1:36 60ft on the back tires. 70-firebird 3525lbs.

Your rear end is gona try and rotate under accleration that's probly why your getting rear steer ajustable shocks or ajustable sway bar should help.
