I did, and gave him all the information etched on the valve body, he also had me drop the pan to check if the shifter valve had the proper slot in it to bypass the fluid, and it was the correct unit,...

X2, I had mine epoxied for years, it came loose, I removed it and the car went faster, it liked more plenum in the intake, so don't install it...;)
