1972 455 ho 4 speed

Received the phs on my brothers car today and the production date is 12/10/71 the last 4 of the vin is 0001 could this be one of the first off the line in 72?

You can also do aluminum rivets to hold the clip on. Drill your holes before you paint that way holes won't rust.

If you can find somebody who has chip books that go back that far you can get someone to cross it over for you. You might have to do some tinting to get it to match.
