I do not know why but I have come across quite a few '64 GP's with 3 speeds. They were all floor shift, but 3 speeds none the less. Much more than 4 speeds. Pontiac must have had a special or...

Console and shifter is incorrect. I am also not sure about those seat belt retractors. I cannot say on that though as I never owned an early GP with them.
