I have ported allot of iron heads. Not to hard to get them in the 240 range at around .500 lift. You can do it yourself with probably 300 in tools.

Like skip mentioned. You can drill a 3 bolt pattern in a 4 bolt pulley. Have one.made by the manufacturer or buy one with no drilled holes and do it yourself.

I have seen the inside guide missing on rebuilt engines. Oil capacity is incorrect. Not sure if the crank can throw enough around to push it up the tube at high rpms.

I would get the correct gaskets and sell the ones you have. I normally get 4 gaskets at a time so I have a second set and avoid price increases also double shipping later on
