5 " Tachometer Mounting

I'm trying mount a 5 " tach in the dash on the top without drilling any holes in the top pad any other ideas or oics would be appreciated thanks again

Yes I seen it there too only they have it for all kind of car except 1979 Grand Prix my luck I'm going to Canfield Ohio for a swap meet maybe I will be lucky there
